the returnless system uses a FPDM or whatever to modulate the voltage to the voltage pump right? so did u just remove that whole setup and run a relay that supplies 12v to the pump when you go to run/crank?

Did you use a pre-existing relay or did you wire in a new one?

I just bought a 2.3l myself, what lower pulley kit or pulleys should I run?
