Default 03/04 cobra wheels tire fitment

Hey guys i have 17x10.5 rims on my rear with 315nittos. My question is does your tire buldge or bubble over the rim alittle like as if the rim is to small for the tire....it seems like my rim might not be a 10.5 but thats what the previous owner advertised it as

i know that 18in rims make tires fit alittle tighter cause there ride walls arent as big but im having so much traction issues with my brand new tires even...so if its not a 10.5 i am going to buy new ones

also has anyone seen 17x11 03 04 cobra wheels

thanks guys

i dont think it should be bubbling over a 10.5, stock rims maybe but should fit pretty well on a 10.5 as far as ive always seen

check the inside of the rim for the size. it should be stamped on the spoke. all of my other rims that ive had or bought had that. and if you have traction issues, i suggest some mickey thompsons. i have my stock 17x9s with 275 40 ET streets in the rear and boy do they hook. at full throttle into 2nd gear, no chirps or getting sideways. even in 1st gear, from like 15mph or so if i punch it, it wont get sideways on me. im guessing i have 450-475 at the wheels too.

Thanks for the stamping idea I measured them today and I couldn't figure out what point you measure too from lip to lip or edge of chrome to lip. What I did do is measure front to back and it's the same size so therefore I think I have a 9 out back. I would think itd bulge more then it is but I guess not.

So now I know my next mod lol. And I thought bout mickeys and I heard that they don't work the best till there heated. But my tires are brand new so maybe next round I will I'll try those lol.
