Default The 2003 and 2004 Cobra

Looking for a crash course on the Cobra's! Can you guys tell me all about what the differences are in the 2000-04 especially 03/04 Cobra models? Do they all have the 4.6 DOHC? I've heard something about a Cobra with 5.4L is that right? Which one is the bad boy everyone talks about? I've also noticed a few different wheels on some of them. Someone please help clear the confusion!! lol

Here are a couple with those wheels...they look sweet though!

99-01 i think had 320 hp
the cobra r had a 5.4 block in it but its rare as hell, if you find one get it
03/04 nicknamed the terminator came with a 4.6 dohc equipped with a m112 and a six speed and was under rated ford and had somethin over 400 hp
i'm pretty sure the 5.4 is also in the shelby
if your going for a 99-04 i'd pick up the 03/04 for sure
hope that helps

Shelby GT500's do have a 5.4L....03/04 Cobra's do have a DOHC 4.6L with a Factory Eaton M112 SC....Forged internals!!!

Some 03/04 Cobra's making over a 1,000HP with a TT set-up without ever removing a valve cover!!

This << LINK >> should help!!!!

Hey thanks! Any info on those wheels on the black or red car I posted? Are those factory wheels or an option?

What type of lowering setup do you have on those? I like the stance.

DSG has the Eibach Pro Kit Springs (I purchased & installed)

TR has H&R Race Springs (was purchased like that on the car)

Not sure what the DSG (I assume the gray one) means but the tires fill up the wheel wells nicely. Wish mine was more like that. I would like a little more tire in the rear. Not sure I can with my Cobra rims though. I didn't put them on the car but I assume they are all the same width.
