I agree with the things you said... and ford made a really nice truck .. the ford RAPTOR .. that think looks sick. Its beefed up and looks sick from the factory.. i want to get one of those one day, hopefully
I think you need to check your facts a bit there, I've taken a couple camaros with my Mach1 with no problem what so ever
but regardless, New Edge mustangs are great, much more livable than the F-bodys in my opinion (and I'm not crazy closed minded, I have always wanted a Trans Am). If you're going to get one then just make sure its a 4v

hahaha that is not "ALL" it takes to beat an LS1.. so you're saying a $170 gear swap can make up for a 90 hp shortage?
and all it takes for a ls1 is $70 lid and some headers or exhaust to run 12s
Just curious, since when are 99-02 ls1s 395 HP? 4v mustangs from what I've heard can run 12s without boost. So for the money ill go with a stang. I like f-bodys but for ride quality the mustangs are better. I have a 96 ta and a 97 cobra. I rather drive the cobra any day.

It was actually 98-02 when ls1s were made, not 99-02.. and secondly, i wasnt talking about cobras or mach 1s... i was talking about those 100,000 mustang gts you see on the road everyday
and the LS1s make 345 at the crank while the gt makes 260
