What else do I need to build a 700rwhp cobra? E85
Ok so I want to build my cobra to make over 700 rwhp on e85. Im not including allthe transmission and suspension upgrades, I just want advice on the power mods.
I wont replace the stock internals until they break because theres really no need.
This is what I think im getting so far:
-kb 2.8 Liquid Cooled
- 3? Ford gt supercar pump
-80lb injectors
-Long tube and high flow cat exhaust
-ported an polised heads
-all the pullies and whatnot to run high boost and timing on the corn
-high performance coils
-Head cooling mod
-Fore triple pump
-Zone 5 fuel pump driver module
-Bigger MAF
-higher lifting cams
Anything im missing or any changes i should make before i buy the goodies? I dont care about the price really id rather have it built by a friend than buy a used kb cobra that could have been beat on or have build quality issues. Thanks!

You can junk the :
High performance coils, the aftermarket ones for cobra are no better than stock.
And if i were you i wouldnt bother buying the gt pumps or zone 5, just pick up a complete already put together kit from lethalperformance... they take all the guess work out of the equation and send you everything you need including lines and fittings.
At 700+ you better start putting away some cash, most likely your pistons wont like that kind of power for too many miles.

redneck got it right triple pumps arent really needed just get the whole set up...also your gonna need bigger then 80lbs
you should be able to make well over 700...but the more power the shorter the lifespan of the motor

80s are enough for 700. Your tuner can increase the base pressure up or down to help them out alittle. Theres been a few guys run 80s well into the 800s on e-85 with 60lb pressure on the regulator. Im about to go through this delima myself, i dont want to throw out 600+ for 105s, so im going to see how far my 80s will go untill i can afford it.

^^^ Not sure that's the case with E85!!!! Check with your tuner! My friend with the 2004 CO Cobra (750 rwhp - E85) is currently running 105's .... had 80's, tuner said that wasn't enough because of the volume E85 requires!
Pump gas or race fuel, 80's would be fine....
