The A/C wasn't blowing cold air when I bought the car. Since that time it has been recharged 4 times, the compressor replaced, lines replaced and system checked for leaks. There have been 4 different mechanics who have researched, diagnosed and "fixed" the problem. They have all stated that the repair fixed the leak. However, within 4-6 months the A/C stops blowing cold. The leak is obviously not fixed. What are they missing? Any ideas on what could be wrong or where to look?

I appreciate any insight you can provide.
