Default Did a little Racing in Bowling Green...Cracked the 10's

I made the 2,000 mile round trip this past weekend to run in the NMRA Terminator v, GT500 Shootout

I was very pleased to have my car crack in the 10's...Ripping off a 10.99 at 128.58 mph run with a 1.57 - 60' time including a 103.45 mph in the 1/8th .... I was actually having some issues with spinning with the new clutch!! (Grabs hard compared to my old slipping clutch)... On Sunday I actually hit 129.69 mph, but because I spun off the line, I ran a 11.1 ET...The NMRA event was a lot of fun! ... The trip was LONG!!!

I also took home the Winner of the 11 second pass group....

POSI Ported Eaton
E-85
Stock IRS w/3.55's & Suspension w/Eibach Springs
3755 lbs with me <--- This needs to be addressed

Thanks...need to correct/work-on the 'spinning' issue, and I should see high 10.7's to low 10.8's!

^^^ LOL!! ....With the headlights IN I ran 126.06 & 126.41...Without: 128.58, 129.69 & 128.58 (all in that order)...So does it help??!!

Anyways, problem solved...at BG I picked-up a set of Stock headlights for $10, VHT 'Night Shades' for $14 and made this for the TRACK ONLY

Trust me, if I didn't think pulling the headlight would have helped, I would have never done it....The new "Track" light will fit the bill...
