2004 Cobra 92,500 miles...
Current ride: 2010 Mustang GT (Black on Black)
For starters, its a COBRA, then theres the fact my payments would be lower, and i've heard these engines are near bullet proof?
Need a Cobra expert to give me the low down on if this car will be worth it.

More or less, the stock 4.6L on my 2010 isn't cutting it.. (serious need for speed)...
Thinking the stock ~400 HP/TQ would get me rollin', and i've been hearing its EASY/semi-cheap to push 500-550 RWHP with just a tune, and pullies. Correct me if i've been misinformed

I personally believe that a 03/04 Cobra will always hold its valve MUCH better then a 2005-10 Mustang GT!!
With a 04 Cobra & 92k miles, I'm thinking $15k-16K tops depending on the condition...its at a dealer, so they ALWAYS want top $$$$
Good luck .... I would look into it!

I bought a Cobra last summer, and really like it. The engines are fairly bullet proof: all forged internals and a cast iron block. You can add 100hp with only a pulley, intake, and tune. The IRS gives a better ride. Plenty of dedicated parts suppliers to play with the suspension, if you're so inclined (I was). They will definitely hold their value much better. You can find them with lower mileage if you take your time looking.
