First up P0171 code pulled. Check engine light on.
Hopefully just an O2 sensor. Going to get over to exhaust shop and put it up in the air and see what the exhaust looks like. I had the original owner put the cats back on. I think there are Flowmasters as well. Should know by Wednesday.

Are you sure the sensor's faulty? If it's detecting a lean condition, it might actually be running lean.
I would start by cleaning the MAF and looking over the vacuum lines. You should also consider the fuel filter. Exhaust is further down the diagnosis list, but since it's been touched before, I can understand why you'd be suspicious of a leak...

They are called security or tamper proof Torx bits. Sears will have them if no one else does. They are usually sold in cheap/inexpensive bit kits like this one.

before spending money on tools to check MAF ..try if all your vacume hoses are secure and not rotten out maybe cost you 10 bucks to replace cheapest easiest first check, 02 mustang I had codes for 4 years screwed with everything... hoses

Was able to clean MAF and that was not it. Hoses look pretty good. Next stop, exhaust. Thanks for the help guys.
