Default 1996 mustang

I have an original 1996 mustang with both GT and SVT recessed metal markings but I can find no information about a GT SVT only GT or SVT Cobra. It is a 5 speed manual with factory metal petals and the 4.6L engine. Very nice, completely original, and only 22,400 miles.
Anyone have helpful info on this.

Didn't engine builders on the SVT's sign their names?

Not a SVT Cobra. You've got a regular 4.6L 2V engine. I can tell by the valve covers and throttle body. Also have the plain seats which look like the standard V6 Mustang seats, I know cause I have the exact same ones in my !996 V6 Stang. They are not Cobra seats. At best, you have a GT that has some SVT emblems. Also have the basic rims. Still a nice looking Stang!

That's a Mustang GT with a 4.6L 2v engine you have there. Someone slapped some SVT emblems on there. Looks like a pretty clean car though.
