My son and I are in contact with a gentleman in Mississippi who has a 1964 1/2 Mustang, no drive train but otherwise complete. He says he does not have a title for it but he thinks any car that is pre 1966 in Mississippi does not require a title to be sold.

We want to purchase the car and bring it to Tennessee as a project and get it titled and eventually registered here.

Does anyone know about titles / no titles in Mississippi and what is required to get a 1964 vehicle with only a bill of sale titled in Tennessee?
