2007 GT 4.6 Firing problems

2007 GT 4.6 Firing problems
have a 2007 GT thats throwing a code that reads Cylinder 5 + 6 misfiring. i have replaced the Plugs and used Autolite Platinum and for coils i used MSD coils. STILL have a miss. any ideas to help me guys i appreciate ya'll, Dawg
