My 2000 Mustang is having an electrical issue. While driving the power cuts off, then comes back on. This happens continually. The engine, instrument panel lighting, stereo, etc. go off then back on repeatedly. The cable running from the positive battery post, down to the fuse box, is VERY hot to the touch. If you wiggle this cable you can hear a dip in the amount of current in the engine. Any advice?
