the front end is another example of the pussification of America.

Just yesterday I thought I saw the 2015 mustang driving down the street until I realized it was actually the 2014 fusion I saw.

Default Pic of 2015 Base Mustang

Well my picture of the 2015 Mustang is about as helpful as the rest! Incidentally, it s a one cylinder diesel farm truck used in China. No fuel pump, water pump, or electrical system, but it will do the work of a 3/4 ton pickup and can be bolted to numerous rear sections for different job applications. They cost about $700. The Chinese are wonderful, loving, friendly people, but like with us their government get in the way having simple peace with other people!

Its not a Fusion front for Christs sake.
Its based on the Evos concept and the 13+ Shelby grilles.
Ford also used some Evos cues on the Fusion, just softer lines.

Do they share some minor similarities? Looks like it, but they didn't stick a Fusion front on the new design.

You're right. Its a mustang front, heavily influenced by the fusion front, designed off the evos concept front.

I think the auto manufacturers don't do that anymore because of the ergonomics of it. I had a 70 chevelle like that, and I am 6'5" tall. It was a real pain getting down to fill up the tank with my bad knees. I actually had to sit on the back of my heels to fill that car up because I am so tall.

However, I am still a fan of the old school filler location behind the plate. Makes for a cleaner line.
They don't do that anymore primarily for rear impact safety reasons.

I really like the new body style. Glad it's not just a new front fascia and tail lights on an S197'sh body. Personally, I would go a step further and add an even more aggressive body kit. Possibly a new spoiler as well to compliment it's lines. I really like the back end fast back look. Those tail lights are also bad ***. Looking forward to the paddle shifters and sport mode the most. 200 lbs. lighter as well. I am used to a 4589 lb. boat and low end torque lol

A supercharged '15 GT with 3.31 gears and paddle shifter's sitting on 550-560whp would be a dream come true
