I have been since last year honestly, but there weren't ever any 5.0's on the lot that were in my price range and at the time I didn't want to special order one since it'll arrive smack dab in the middle of winter.

Back in 2007, I didn't care and bought my 08 straight up in the dead of winter! how's that for young and dumb? no snow tires, no nothing.. drove it off the lot and made it home in one piece, so I drove it like that for the first winter! aaaahhhhh... those were the days!

I just want a car that runs 10's with as little headache as possible and not a lot of money. I don't care if I have to buy a Jeep for the winter. I could always do 10 psi through a Magnacharger, run high 11's but that's still $7k. I find that hard to justify when a 5.0 can do high 11's bolt on's and 10's with a blower!

Go to different dealer...I paid in low 30,000 for my GT. Rebates are out there and some have mark downs too.

Not so easy in Alaska, we are a captive audience, I think we have like five in the whole state, and one of those in in Ketchikan so it doesn't count.
