I built a ECOBOOST and the base price is 30,365 but when I checked the dealer ordered inventory base price is 30,965. This is in Dallas Texas. Why is the difference??

Dealer delivery charge most likely. That will add anywhere between 250 to 500 to the base price of the car. Building at Fords website doesn't take that into account. The dealership does.

Yea what he said lol . They might also charge you for the first tank of gas to. I've noticed that on my own Order sheet. Can't wait for the 2015's to start hitting the streets.

You could use that as a price negotiating leverage to see if they will budge from their on price. Just say: "Come on, man! I built and priced the same car on Ford's website and its $600 cheaper! Why the discrepancy? Are you padding the base MSRP to increase the sticker price even more?"
I would.
Entertaining what could have bumped the price $600 more, it's possible that the dealership added some of their own niknaks to the car.
You can always make them take those off and sell you the car in exactly the way it came from the factory before the dealership touched it.
