Default Love the 'Rumble'

Was at a O'Riely's Saturday and an older gentleman like myself struck up a conversation. We determined he had a 1998 'Cobra' SVT and I have a 2015 5.0. We walked outside and his ride was Awesome! We compared a bit and then it came to exhaust and his blew mine away!! I was surprised to find he had only a muffler change and a X pipe! So, we discussed what I needed to make mine sound right! Today I took mine to a performance shop and had my stock mufflers (stayed within warranty) with two 'Flowmaster' '10 series mufflers and 'Damn' what a change!! Not to mention 'Very little Drone' . So happy with the sound!!

Flowmaster actually sound great on the 15. Now get an xpipe on there and it will really sound awesome! Here's my flowmaster outlaws with the ford racing xpipe.

Really, it's not too bad. It can get a little bassy in 6th at cruising speeds but nothing unbearable.

Sounds awesome to me love the deep grumble.. I can't decide between the Flowmaster Outlaws and the Borla ATAK.. So far leaning towards the Outlaws..

The great thing about the outlaws is the price for the sound. Ya can't beat it. The Borla ataks will be a little better but they are almost double the cost of the outlaws.

Thanks for the input, this has been a roadblock for me for a while.. I think the Outlaws sound better over all actually. They have more of that deep old muscle car sound that I am looking for.. Judged by only YouTube videos of course.. But, videos like yours give me chills.. Borla's are made from 304 stainless which is a little better than the Flowmasters 409.. But, the sound might make all the difference for me.. So far I am sold on the Outlaws.. I do have until June to decide tho..
