Might be an interesting idea if you wanted to buy the base Mustang to avoid paying for a lot of options you don't want, but still want a nice looking leather interior. A good upholstry shop can do some interesting things at a reasonable price. In restoring classic cars I've bought a lot of upholstry kits that worked out when you want the stock look. Kits can be a good deal if installed properly.
I'm not sure about it - we only have one shade of white but the ceramic white seems to be an off-white color. what I can do though is to send you a small swatch of our white learther so that you can see for yourself whethet shiw will work for you.

tried your site and was having issues, curious as to cost of shifter and e brake boot just like in picture above except with orange stripe rather than white?
