Actually I just checked, its running. But its flakey, doing some digging into the site, it seems they are using an old java script, and possibly an old computer which isnt able to handle the hits to the site. One thing that seems to work or its a placebo is going to the site www.cotus.ford.com then right after going to wwwqa.cotus.ford.com.

Or try http://136.1.108.59 (which is what wwwqa.cotus.ford.com translates to)

Trust me it works, you have more of a chance at night then during the day. I looked into the website and found the site is getting hit at an alarming rate Its getting hit at about 140,000 per minute, the system isnt able to handle the traffic and the secure server is popping up as a failsafe alt site.

I do computer work for a living, so when I tell you its being hammered it is, the stats I was able to pull up are staggering, and the wwwqa isnt only handling the US its handling Canada and part of Europe. Its very disorganized as how this site is handling the incoming traffic.

Just another Stat I wanted to share that I forgot to mention, the bounce rate for the qa site is 68% (Bounce refers to when the site is not available it displays an alt site).

The bounce rate for the non qa site is 25% but as we know we see nothing on that site.

EDIT: found another trick that seems to work, go to the non qa site and choose vin enter the vin and it should come back with an error that it cant find anything, right after that go to the qa site and it should come up to enter details, just did it three times.

Yeah its hit and miss, like I said it handles the US, canada, and the country in europe I found it handles is Germany, so its frustrating, I got on last night about 1 am, of course nothing has changed on my order, but I thought I'd try.

Night seems the best bet. hey at least your at awaiting shipment, So for that I hate you
