Default Bad Steering wheel and rear view mirror

I have 2 really big issues. My car is in the garage all the time. I only take it to work 3 times a week max. When it is outside of the garage it is out maximum of 6 hours. It has 9,500 miles on her. The steering wheel on the top 10 to 2 like we are supposed to drive the leather is falling off. The other big problem I have is the drivers rear mirror has something wrong with it where if the sun is behind you it is impossible to see anything.

I am hoping you are right and I will let you know tomorrow. I had an issue with a Hyundai a few years back and they called it normal wear and tear. It only had 3,600 miles on it.

some people like to absent mindedly grab the wheel and twist the covering at stop lights and such, this loosens up the covering.

My guess would be a bad piece of leather (it happens). Second guess would be sweaty hands...unless you're not in the habit of putting your hands on the top of the wheel, which is a bad habit with airbags, by the way.
