2015 Mustang What do you think ?

I prefer a more retro look (like my 07). GM did the same thing with the Camaro redesign - not retro enough for me and that is one reason I don't have one of those either. Why mess with success - Keep it retro looking and enhance the performance and options - handling & performance (rear axle), electronics (better NAV, no MF Touch, and other electronic goodies and of course - more HP. How hard can that be?

2015 Mustang
The 2015 Mustang is a BIG disappointment and i wouldn't buy one even if i could afford it!!!!! What a piece of ****!!!!! Only good thing is the tail lights!!!! The rest wasn't worth any of the hype it got!!!!!! gm cars are as much a piece of **** as that is!!!!!!! Glad i LOVE my 07 GT/CS because i don't see me buying another Mustang as long as Ford has a looser ex-gm designer piece of **** designing their cars!!!!!!!

I wasn't so sure when I first saw it, but frankly it is growing on me. I also have Corvettes and I didn't like the first photos of the new C7 at all but after seeing it in person at the LBGP I changed my mind.
I do think when we see it in person most people will think it has a nice aura of class about it. That's not good or bad it is just different. Thanks to the person who put up the Austin Martin/Mustang comparison. I think the photos really speak volumes.

Whatz up with all these people with two posts or a join date thats barely a month old blasting off? Weird how they love the mustang and have so much passion but just got around to joining the forum or they have 5 posts in the last two years showing up to dog the new design???

I prefer to think, "providing our own subjective opinions" instead.
A bunch of us in the community have been vested in Mustangs for many, many moons so opinions that sound like whining are probably better defined as 'passion'
Change is always good and bad depending on how it's looked at in reference to a new Mustang.

Oh wow. I'm not really into all the new fords, but your right. The more I look at this car the more similarities I see to other models. The 2014 vs 2015 youtube video really makes me like the 2014 more....I'm starting to lean more towards the real mustang guys' opinions on this one....looks like a copy of several other fords, hondas, chevys and Astin Martin.
I work in Research and Development so I understand the processes the engineers and designers go through. I can plainly see where they simply copied lines and geometry to save time.
If it was me, I would have stuck with the 2014 lines and modified them. I really like the look of the separate quarter window on the 2014 and prior years. It does look more retro being separate. I do like the back end, but yeah the front end lines and geometry resemble a fusion a little too much.
All that being said, I still think its a sharp car and would be proud to own one over my 2000 base v6.
