The back end of that is not appealing.

Yeah, I understand what you mean. There seems to be an out of touch feel with the new design in other respects also. But, we'll see what Ford does when the real sales date starts kicking in, if anymore changes are made.

Maybe it wouldn't look as bad with a dark color but, its nasty with the white, red, etc.

Thanks for sharing these pics.

Personally...the back looks fracking mean. And I would love to present this to anyone in a Camaro or Challenger....

Bring it on.

Glad to share. You have to see it in person I believe, to really get the look of the design down. Even so, Ford, like I said before is not letting on completely what this new beauty is going to look like yet. They're sharing with us it's purest and stripped down form. It's still months away from release. I really think there's a balancing act going on here with the design to get it right. I'm sure were all going to love it once it's all said and done. And like you said CRUZIN, Cheep-olet and Cly-slah are worried if one of these is presented and parked next to one of their offerings.

Back end is absolutely terrible looking and does not flow with the rest of the aggressive looking aspects of the car.

I disagree with most in this thread. I think the back looks reminiscent of the old gen 1 and gen 2 fastbacks. I hate the front end though. Too round and fusiony lookin.

I agree about the front. the back, well, I'm not a fan of the ferrari rear valance. there's too much going on there. I'd love to own a ferrari, but I don't want my mustang to look like one.

I'll agree with that, I like the swept in fastback and widened corners though. I could do without the valance and instead have something like the GT500/CS
