Place my order april 9th and the website showed my order a week ago, and now when i input the vin number it states that there is no match found.......

I finally got my Vin number today and went online and checked my status of my build and it is still going through the order process. I went and ordered my Mustang on March 09/15 at the dealer and it says order was placed on march 23/15. is this how the process works?? or did my dealer lie to me cause he said he placed the order on march 09.I also noticed on vehicle summary I ordered it with 3.55 gears ...I don,t see there.

Mine states "Order On: 03/31/2015" which is correct... the day I asked them to order it.

Mine is still listed as "In Order Processing"

Hello Deysha, appreciate your help. The last email said I have a Vin number. Can you let me know what it is? If i have my order number and vin does that allow me to track or do I still need the dealer code? I have read a lot of posts about cars and the turn around time is starting to worry me. Thanks
