Ok you need to up your post count so you can PM deysha, the Ford rep on the board, so just go to the new member section and say greetings to a bunch of the other newbs.
Then if you have access to a real camera that helps, also I for one find the reflected background debris distracting, when trying to look at paint surface issues, also try some shots from a little farther back to give some perspective.
And politely hound the dealer, cause it does kind of seam like you have some surface bonding issue going on there, and the concept of constantly using touch up paint is a little silly, and at 1000 miles or 5000 thousand miles, paint should not just be flecking off.
