He just looked at the Build & Price I sent him & agreed to sell it for full MRSP even though a customer order & doesn't even come out of their allocation of 2016 Mustangs to put on their lot to sell to those that will pay MRSP or above! One salesman just walked away when I told him I wanted to order a 2016! Too much paper work, I guess! Well, they can lean their lazy ***** against the buildings & smoke cigarettes until we have an atheist president waiting for "lay down" customers.... because I'm not that desperate to buy a 2016! I will get a good price!

Soon they will have lounge chairs in front of Ford dealerships for their salesman with a sign saying, "Don't wake the salesmen until you've selected a car & written the dealership's name on a check!" I'll get a dicount.... mark my words!
You must have different dealers from around me. They are pretty good here in Port Huron, MI; we've ordered 2 cars (the 2014 Lincoln MKZ and my 2013 Mustang. It was my first time ordering, I've always found what I want before either in their inventory or at another dealer. Mark was great at checking out the options for me and getting everything taken care of. We did use X plan so pricing was pretty easy. We just had to figure out what options we wanted and go through them with him as he entered everything to the computer for the order. He had no problems sending me a quote for cars optioned out various ways when I contacted him before we set the order in motion on the Mustang (my wife was pretty sure from the start what she wanted on the MKZ, one of which was a new option that was just coming out at the time). He also kept us updated on the progress of the build and expected arrival of our new car.

Thanx a lot for the input on those options. You confirmed what I expected to find out about the options, but I feel better about ordering them. Thanx to the members that helped me with info. on ordering a 2016.
