It's alive!!! hahaha....
Well as some of you know my integra has been out of commision for quite some time because of a motor build and parts collecting and such. It's been a long, tedious, and painful process. I've had several set backs along the way, which usually costs me money, and lots of it. Well the motor was done bieng built about 2 months ago, and I had been installing it little by little with the help of a very experianced friend, which I have to give major credit to. I know very little about building cars, so being with him was a major learning process. What I have learned is that I still have very much to learn, although it sucks because I don't want to learn on my car with my money! LOL.
Anyhow, I got to the point were I was fed up with doing it myself, as I really didn't want to keep asking my friend to come help me and tying up his Sundays, as he had done enough for me. Nothing was fitting up right and I got annoyed and after almost two years I just want to drive the damn thing. I decided to take it to a shop to get done the rest of the way, and to make sure it was done right. Well the short and skinny of it is the car is finally alive! Turned over first crank, which is always a good sign. They checked for leaks and such and then turned it off as to not wash out the piston rings. It didn't make the dyno this week but should be on it on Monday. I'll keep you guys posted on what it makes. Now my last hurdle is figuring out how to pay these guys, LOL. My cars always been a pain to work on for whatever reason, but, haha b1tch, I WON!

Congrats RTI! I know its been a long hellish road, but hopefully it'll be worth it (which i'm sure it will be). Have you driven it around any yet, or are you holding out for now? If you have driven it, how'd it feel? Once again, I'm glad to hear you've got the worst behind you and that you finally got that beast up and running.

Nope, haven't gotton to drive it yet, I wasn't even there when they started it . They just told me she fired up without hesitation. I'm sure it will be worth it, I'm just praying that I don't have any major problems or bugs that need to be worked out as I'm pretty much tapped for cash now.
