I guy I work with has the above mopar with the Hemi and it's bone stock. I have what I have in my sig which I understand doesn't amount to much on their own. Everything together seems to work really well for a car that hasn't had it's motor opened up. Have I been wrong in thinking I'd have this tanks number? I just finished reading a post on how his car could be lumped in the LS2 CTS-V, G8 group which I figured were both much faster than him. Until just now I figured I'd have him covered in the 1/4, am I wrong in my thinking?

The SRT8 is in that group the Charger R/T is not, that charger is a 14 second car.

I am aware the SRT-8 belonged, what I was unsure about was how I'd fare against the Daytona. Thanks...
I was just mentioning how the R/T didn't belong in that group (from your first post saying that the Charger R/T is lumped in with the CTS-V).
Let us know how the race goes man

I'd give the edge to you with your mod list. but if you run on to somebody that can really drive I think the R/t is actually a high 13 second car. Might be closer than you think. But I still see you winning.

I've never actually raced but according to my dyno numbers. I should run 8s on street tires.
i have to disagree with the group. i think you're in trouble. and i think that running a stock 5.0 w/bolt ons you will need some more serious mods. i've had a 87 GT, 93 5.0 LX, 95 GT, modded 02 GT and can tell you from experience from both sides. a guy that works for me builds drag mustangs and he daily drives a built 93 notch and i just destroy him he was so pissed afterwards that he pulled the eng.

Yuppers. 350hp, 390ftlbs and his is bone stock and an absolutely massive car. I'll take my chances and I appreciate the responses guys. It's kind of like an LS1 with a curb weight of 4100lbs...
