I'm guessing with an 8qt capacity it's at least a large capacity road race type wet sump pan, possibly even a dry sump oiling system(expensive). But great for a road course.

11.0:1 CR isn't too high for a DOHC setup that has variable cam timing. If the computer has control over cam timings on intake and exhaust independent of each other, it can bleed some compression off if need be to prevent detonation. That also means there's a possibility that it may potentially pick up some decent power with a higher octane tune.

Highly doubt it.

They say it can go 10K miles inbetween changes with conventional motor oil...

The headers are basically "Tri-Y" short tubes.

This thing revs up to 7k? Think it could go 8k with aftermarket cams?

I've read an article saying that with a little tuning the thing will go to 8k as is. that's very impressive to me.

I'm looking forward to seeing what that thing can do before it pops.

Man that V6 price is one hell of a deal. I was guessing the GT would be $29,995. I was off by $500.

Give them a year or two and I bet you'll be able to get a deal on one. I'm done buying brand new cars. It just doesn't make sense to spend +30k on a brand new GT when there's an identical one sitting right next to it with 5k miles on the clock for 10 grand less.

+1^....

Let somebody else take the huge hit in depreciation, like 50K+ SUV's for example. Well, any vehicle above 50 large.
