Anybody else think 4.5 for a 70K mile 5.0 SN95 is a pretty good deal?

I want one :-)

Stick to the main topic (racing), armpollkneecap.

Hey detective, can you stall/launch you car?

I think a fox with those mods would put up a good fight. I had a 86 and it was a fairly strong car with a few mods.

I've never actually raced but according to my dyno numbers. I should run 8s on street tires.

That was a Fox car though. The SN95's aren't as light, and also detective said that the child has a convertible, and those add more weight.

This is true. I hear 5.0 and just get all rapped up in the glory days.

I've never seen it done.

I thought so too, it has crappy aftermarket tail lights and stuff on it, and a tan top and tan interior. But it's in good shape. I think my buddy was telling me it was originally green or maybe blue and it just got repainted black last year. The interior and exterior both looks good as far as condition goes. He said the starting price for it was 7k.

BTW, Just found out the car is actually a 94 5.0 after talking to him. Not that that makes much of a difference, just though I would throw that out there.

What I meant with the whole stall thing is can you hold the brake and feed the gas a little bit to bring the RPMs up slighty so you can launch better than just leaving at idle.

....and question mark goes here.
