i got the RS back, and i'm building it up now.

i'm working on a 377sbc, mated to a 700R4 and 3.42 posi rear.

i'm going i know the lift and duration on the cam, .435 intake and exhaust, and 280 duration. i'm going to be running the entire top end including 64cc Vortec heads and the EFI system off a late 90's C/K truck.

anybody have any idea what she'll run if she hooks???

I don't know if anyone in S/S knows anything about non LS series SBC's.


With that said, I'll guess 15.9 @ 91mph.

funny i was thinking more like 18.9@118mph
with that cam it should be making around 460rwhp, if that helps at all.

Well if you ditched the auto-x suspension and set it up for the strip, you could run well into the 10's.

Hey 98, how much hp does your vette make on the bottle?

On a 75 hit it made 505rwhp on a Mustang dyno. Made 457rwhp on motor with the stock intake and throttle body. Now has a FAST 90/90, so who knows what it'll make on the jug now.
