Default 2005 Mustang V6 vs 350z

Which would win in a street race if both are stock?

Drivers are always a pivotal equation in a street race, but those being equal, the 350z will put a whooping on you!

That would be a more of a race compared a 6er mustang and the 350z, though the mustang would get a great veiw of the 350z's butt as he walks away form you. The 350z have around 300 crank horse i think. I think 350z and a GT may come to a drivers race

depends on the year of the 350z.. GT wins on some years, drivers race on others.

stock 6er has no chance for any year.. unless the guy really screws up horribly/stupidly.

My girlfriend has an 06 350z vert. I have never had the 2 side by side but i know my GT would take it even when it was stock. The z may have 300hp but not near the torgue of the Mustang. It has a 7000rpm redline and pulls pretty good up to it before the limiter kicks in. It will corner inside of the GT though, it handles like a go kart and is a blast to drive. Yeah it will take your v6

Just to humor the guy we could talk about the older 350Z's before the 3.5 got a boost to 300 hp.

Weren't the 28X hp ones good for lower 14's in the quarter mile?

Figure a fair driver puts up a 14.3 and an EXCELLENT driver goes 14.8 in a stock S197 4.0, then you're only looking at 'about' a half second on the most imaginary end of the scale :-)
