Like I said, I gave him the idea because I wanted to do something like that with my car. His cousin wrecked the cobra a few weeks later and he made the offer. Eventually he wants to get a centri blower on the 4v, that should make for one wicked fox IMO.

Good deal on the 01 Cobra drive-train. Not bad at all.
Lmao, I see this DA thing quickly becoming an inside joke around here.

It's already become an inside joke.

If you correct your DA, you can instantly run almost a full second faster!

Should be an infomercial on the NHRA site or something.

"Tired of running slow times? Tired of running slower than the rest of your friends? Well, the NHRA has an answer for you. All you need to do is provide weather information for the track you ran at, your timeslip, and the date of the run. You will get your results instantly, and IMMEDIATELY drop up to a FULL SECOND OFF OF YOUR TIME! Wait, THERE'S MORE! IT IS ABSOLUTELY FREE!!! SEE HOW EASY THAT WAS? THE FASTEST WAY TO INCREASE YOUR 1/4 MILE TIMES AND IT'S FREE!!!!"

Something like that....

I'm sure yourself and 98LS1 can critique this a bit, and make it sig worthy. I just gave the first step toward an epic Sig!

Well a 04 Mach 1 will do a 13.4. A Fox is approx 500 lbs lighter than a new edge. I think mid to high 12s should be reachable.

I don't know if you caught it, but this 4v has the FRPP cams and threw down something like 350-360 whp and the same for torque. Not to mention between the crossmember and all the weight reduction done to his car it should be a good 700-800 lbs lighter than a Mach.

Another vote for high 11's. I'm going to guess a 11.83@115.2. That's if he can drive.
