According to this calculator, it should run a low 14... don't know about all that, but it sounds plausible. I figured those bolt-ons gained it at least 10 whp, so I plugged in 170 horses at 2500 lbs. In reality, I would think those bolt ons would make more than 10 hp, but I didn't want to over do it.
if you hook up off the line, sure. but FWD doesn't like to hook. high 14's if you can get it to hook.
my buddy had a B16 CRX that could only run mid 14's, and that's a bit lighter than the Sol is.

No doubt man. Those calculators are pretty crude estimates, if that. It probably gives a idea of what you can run, should be accurate within .75 seconds with fair traction? Maybe.. Not anything to use as bragging rights, but it gives a bit of a baseline to go by.
60trim, isn't your car a 6 speed?

Low 14's? lol
You can tell if you have the proper transmission if it doesn't fall out of VTEC when you shift into 3rd. If you hear it fall off the high cam, it's probably an LS trans. But you said your vtec engagement was changed right? If it stays above 6500 RPM when shifting into 3rd, it's likely the correct B16 trans.
Del Sols are the fattest EG type chassis. So, so fat. My EG coupe of the same generation as the del sol weighed 2280 full interior with spare with a supercharger.

six speed trans are really only found behind (or next to, fwd lol) K series engines. well, other than the F20 and F22's in the S2000.
No with the vtec kicking in that early. I know people who got the hondata reflash on their K20 Si and average fuel econmy dropped from 30 mpg to around 26 mpg. I can't be too sure, but Im almost positive that lowering the vtec engagement will affect your cars fuel economy/
