At what RPM do I launch my car street racing?

You should see it when we hit the strip through town...
Here are some pictures I took before the sun went down from this summer. Wish I had more of the mustang crowd but dont have any of this computer.
94GT, 00TA, next pic charger, demon, cuda I think, dart, next pic, 2002 SS, 99 or 98TA and the 00TA again.

^bahahahaha! idk i could be wrong but the way i see "street racing" is 2 ways.... 1- it just happens by running into someone who wants to play and that could be from a dig or a roll... such as a red light or a highway run at whatever speed... or 2- you go the fast and furious way and everyone plans to meet up...... like BB had in his sig, "roll racing is just two retards speeding" haha... meenin from a dig theres alot more skill involved or a better race to be had.... for the OP, id say on street tires anything over 3k is just goin to get you excessive wheel spin.... your on the right track with what your doing... I also just want to say, it doesn't matter who you drive with.. I know a guy who comes on cruises regularly with a 1000hp turbo LS1 Camaro. I don't think I'm any better because he drives with me. It's about how you drive and how you use that power. I'm becoming more fond of the track all the time. Just be careful whatever you do!
