Oh no doubt. I agree 100% without a good race tire I wouldn't be suprised to see a low 13. The majority of GT500s I see race every year are usally in the 13s. Spinning all the way.

get a tire and some LCAs at least. IMHO with those 11.9 -12.2 is a probable range. Take off your front sway bar to help your 60s

I will def. be gettin a tire and LCA by the years end. How much power is your car at stkjock? I went to weather underground and looked at the DA for a track in my area and its showing 800ft. IDK how much of a difference 300ft will make from my previous statement of 1,100ft.

my car made 461/401 on a mustang dyno. the difference in DA will help some - but not much.

no doubt, a guy i know has a 07 gt500 and the best he could run was a low 14 stock...... best i could do on stock tires/lca's was 12.9 with 2 runs before that were in the low 14's cause of tire spin...... nasty, gotta take care of the traction modds first.... oh, hate to say but plan for a clutch upgrade soon too .......

Maybe I'll just push it to the limit when I get it tuned and aim for 470hp. I drive my car regulary though in the summer so I don't wanna go to far and have it pop on me. I just need to keep up with a H/C vette couple camaros and a stock 04 z06. Do you guys know if the 265s from Mickey Thompson will fit on the stock 18in wheels?
