While I agree that a stock Mach is pretty much drivers race with most of those stock cars. I still think that if you had to give the edge to someone, the SRT-8, LS2 Goat, C5 Vette and LS1 F-Body would get the edge over the Mach because all four cars have run 12's in stock form in an experienced drivers hands. I believe the fastest a stock Mach has gone is 13.1x. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Supposedly, the Mach has touched a 12.9 stock. Just hear say for me though. Maybe someone has more proof, but until then, you are correct imo.
Now if we were to take all these same cars and give them cai intake, full exhaust, 4.10 gears, and a tune how would you rate them... Or do you think they would all resond exual?
I figured you guys would give the Mach more credit by now. Every car in that list is a drivers race with the 03 Cobra being the exception. The 03 Cobra needs to be compared to a totally different list of cars, imo.

Tough to say. The LS1 and LS2 respond incredibly well to bolt-on's. Mach's and Cobra(to a lesser extent) do also but not quite as well. I think the SRT-8 Charger may be left behind in that case.
If you give the mach some tires with those 4.10s, you've got yourself a mid to low 12 car. Same deal for the Goat and LS1 F-body too though. With that said, I have yet to see a GTO with gears being that you have to order them from a company in Australia and they are pretty high dollar.
The mach is probably the lowest trapping car of the bunch. That's why i put it below the others on my list.
That is true, good point. Ford kind of burned the Machs with the stock 4-cat mid pipe. I've swapped the OEM mid on all 3 of my Machs with the same results. Pretty much, they all went from a 105 mph car to a 108-109 mph car with the exception of the auto. it went from 103-106.
It is. You wouldn't know it without a time slip though. The low end stays about the same, its all top end gain it seems. So the seat of pants feel really doesn't change much, if at all. Slips have always said otherwise though.
^ Where the hell are you getting these numbers from?
Years of publications, testing, experience with some of them and what others have posted about them. You can feel free to look around... (I'm a member on just about every major car forum I could find... chargers,srt4s, evo, dsm, etc)
Which numbers do you disagree with? I can dig up the proof if you would like.

Blue Beast put it the same way I would have... ET wise the Mach 1 is right there but the trap speeds seperate it by a little bit (not much but C5/F-body and SRT8 trap speeds seem to be about equal every time)... I supposed he could have grouped them and added a special note about the machs trap speeds if it makes any difference.
