my buddy has a WRX with BOV, turbo back exhaust, intake and boost controller. how would my 2010 GT do against it from a roll? all i have is axle backs and K&N.

Thanks,

The year is the most important thing to mention for the WRX.

Any year WRX with those mods will be "quick". But yes, as stated above, what year is it? The old ones had 227hp, the newer ones are like 265 IIRC. The blow-off valve is nothing but a noise maker, and if its a full vent type, meaning the return tube was plugged off, then its costing performance by way of losing boost "momentum" between shifts... I tried an HKS BOV on my 2003 years ago, and it felt like the car had a boat anchor attached.

From a roll you'll take it, the wrx's don't have much as far as the top end is concerned.

No problem. Not sure if the WRX has AWD or if its just the STI, but if so don't race from a dig unless you have slicks lol

There are very few subies without AWD. From dig, the WRX will have you beat. Traction is a factor here. Eventually you'll catch up to the WRX from a dig. Torque wins races.

Mine was a "stage 2" WRX and was fairly heavily modified. It was fast as hell from a dead stop, and up to about 75mph. I could literally break loose all 4 tires in 1st. After that it ran out of steam fast. The turbos only get you so far with that tiny 4 cylinder. That car was great fun though...

You mean the stock turbo will only get you so far with a tiny 4 cylinder.
