2002 T/A what will she do ya think??

Who goes through the trouble of swapping out the heads and cam and then doesn't bother to put a decent tire on it? Makes no sense. Anyhoo, with traction that TA shouldn't have trouble laying down mid 11s at 116 or so.
FWIW I ran a guy with a bolt-on (internally stock engine) 2 valve GT and he claims to have run a 12.7 with that setup. Headers, gears, stall, air intake, and suspension. It was a little warm when we ran so we were both running about 13 flat, neck and neck. In cooler air my car ran 12.7 @ 109 with that same setup, so I believe him. It wasn't gutted FWIW.

Basically, you are saying they all should run 12's. Well, what about my car? EH? ARE YOU SAYING MY CAR IS A 12 SECOND CAR? GAhH???

I don't have a clue what is done to your bucket. If you modified it in a similar manner then that guy did then yes, it should run the number. These are cookie-cutter cars so your results should not vary.

can it be done? sure, a rare prep on a good day with a tail wind and a stone cold engine with a 1.6-1.7 60ft with a 5K launch on slicks... sure, I'd reckon it would barely hover into the 12's... if you are lucky, even with all that there is a high chance it's still in the 13's
hell, cammed modular 2V's have problems breaking 13's in the real world
back when the 2V's were brand new cars and into the early S197 days 06/07 you were an absolutely brilliant driver and were praised at your driving ability if you could get a bolt on/geared 99-04 GT into the mid 13's (13.4ish).. and if someone could take it even faster? (13.1-13.3) they were considered the next John Force
Whatever happened between now and then in the way people think is beyond me, it's almost like people are looking back at it and feeling sorry for it "Aww look at it... let's overestimate it and make it feel better" xD
If we are going by the completely idiotic way of looking at things as in "if it's been done, that is what the cars run"
well then lets recap this thread...
ALL full bolt on new edge GT's are 12.7 cars
ALL cam only full bolt on GT's are very low 12 second cars
ALL H/C/I full bolt on GT's are 10.8 cars
ALL stock Z06's are 10.9 cars
ALL stock LS1 F-bodies are 12.8 cars
I could go on.... but you get the idea... the cars that run these times are not what the model as a whole runs... it's an EXCEPTION
