Default Really wanna race this guy....

There's this guy around the corner that has just purchased a 2010 Challenger SRT-8 (previously owned a 06 SRT-4). How do I know this? He came by the house and showed it to me, bragging and all. I must admit that thing is sweet! Just wondering, do I stand a chance if we do race?

stealth I totally agree with you my man. Dodge has really stepped it up (including ol Blues SRT-4). I really like his car (as I'm typing he just passed by reving his engine). As I was saying, I love those cars but this guy is most def asking for it! When he found out I only had a GT with a S/C he started talking cash sh**!!

380rwhp is prolly a bit generous, more like 360-370 given modern transmission efficiencies. But yeah, ~4,150lb curb weight. Freakin tanks.

I'm still in shock that Dodge made them so heavy.

with light mod's they can get into the 12's. but as long as you don't smoke first and second, you will win by a lot.

I would love to have a challenger just to cruise in, but not to be "fast".

I test drove a new '12 Charger RT and it was pretty quick for a big sofa

A lot of the Mopar guys are running 10's and less with the older SRT-8's..

pretty impressive for being such mammoths..
