100 shot LS1

I've been doing this awhile too. If you want to try to convince me that a stall and tire on an LS1 F-body isn't worth a minimum of half a second, then I'm going to begin to seriously doubt your knowledge about these things. No offense, I'm just saying.
A stall and a tire will put me in the 11s. Just because other LS1s need full exhaust and a DR to run a mid 12 (or even a high 12), doesn't mean we all require the same mods. My car runs a 12.6 with a tune, cat-back, and lid. I've had LS1s with way more mods run slower than this car runs. It is what it is, and as it sits its a 12.6 car. I simply don't need all those mods to run 11s, or 10s. At any rate, I'll put the car into the 11s...10s ain't happening because I'm not about to nuke my trans like that, nor do I really care to run 10s. All I'm looking to do is run some decent 11s and keep up with the modded 5.0s, newer SRT-8s, etc.

Not trying to be a dick but if you have so much LS knowledge why did you make a thread about putting a 100 shot on your car? You cannot add up tenths of seconds by parts. That is like adding what each part should add HP wise and combine it and say well my car should make 350whp because +20 from LTs, +15 from an intake and +10 from a catback. If you do run 11s with those mods I will be very impressed and give you props.

Why? Because I wanted Greddy and 302's opinions since they have a good bit of experience with nitrous and the best way to go about applying it. I'm trying to get as much info from others nitrous experience as I can before dropping $6-700 on a kit. That doesn't mean I know nothing about it.
I am not pulling numbers off the top of my head like someone would with parts. The tenths I am adding into this are from past experience with said parts on LS cars. I've had two other LS1s besides this one. An 04 GTO and a 98 Z28, both autos, both full bolt-ons, one stalled and blown. Me saying that a stall ALONE without tires is good for a half second on these LS1's is not ricer math, its fact and has been proven for years by the LS community as well as myself. I was able to go from 13.3 to a 12.7 in my 98 with just a stall. I went from a 2.0 60' to a 1.75 60' on street tires. Stalls do much more than just get you out of the hole. I'm not trying to be a dick either, but I do know a little about this stuff.

settle down now you ls bro's. haha.
My stall was good for .5 seconds, I dont see why a stall/tire wouldn't be good for 11's on your car stone, however i only see it happening in the beginning/end of the season. On a 90+ degree day i dont see a high 11 in it. but that's just me.

Mid summer here adds half a second or more off your best times, I know stone fights the same thing down there.
