ZL-1 13.0 Really?

I mean the cars that get passed around for magazine tests probably aren't treated any better than a rental car. Would you buy an ex-rental car?

Just saying in my other post that a few laps, brake tests, 0-60, and all that other crap they put them through shouldn't hurt the car that bad. Definitely not always the case of course, but either way I still wouldn't want one though, lol.

True, but what if they knocked a couple thousand (like swag said) off your price? I dunno, maybe I would go for it... An interesting option for sure.
I mean, there are GT500 reviews where the motortrend or C&D guys are doing standing burnouts for a good amount of time and drifting through turns, and taking hard braking to a new extreme... And those skidpad tests can't exactly be good either.

I don't want one of them, (rental or tester). I know some are just fine, and some left the track sideways.

My understanding is they all get fired up long enough for the rings and such to seal before they leave the factory. Good enough for me.

when's the last time you bought a car with actual 0 miles? I know everytime I've bought one it's had at least 6 miles or so on it.
