Little update. I went over to Radical Racing and helped put the motor in the car. Looks like we're on track to be at the track this spring. Painted the engine bay. Pics don't do it justice. Here's a few more pics as we were bolting on minor stuff like valve covers and intake. Got so involved with the install I forgot to take pics once it was in the car. More pics to come.

Looking good, when do the tracks open out there? I'd have to wait till May if I could do something like this.

Congrats on the progress.

I haven't updated this in forever. But obiviously I missed my finished date BADLY!!! It seams the way to motivate my builder is to go over to his shop on my days off and build it with him. With that said the car is finally about a week from being ready to dyno and then race. If Craig didn't do such amazing work I probably would have killed him months ago. Anyway here's some new photos of the car.

A few more pics of the back half of the car. Craig had to open up the pumpkin because he didn't trust the last shop to do the install right. They got the spool right but didn't get the C-clip eliminators and weding rings right on the outside of the axles! Good thing he checked. Also as you can see the guy has to paint everything which slows him down. But he says he wants a top notch product leaving his shop. He' gotta be losing money on all the hours he ties up on this car doing stuff like sanding and painting everything. In the one photo the stock driveshaft is just there for measurements. A nice Aluminum one will take it's place. Notice the entire bottom of the car is painted.
