Default well i did it again, new car...

This time i'm not going backwards in hp tho! haha. I've listed my car for sale and will be picking up my buddies termy this week. He couldn't stay out of trouble with it so i'm taking it off his hands . mods include: upr 2.8 pulley, metco 4piece idler pulleys, upr xpipe, steeda catback, jlt 2ndgen intake, 93 tune, afco heat exchanger and oversize fluid jug, and ftbr irs complete bushing kit.

Now to keep this bench racing legal, the last time out at the track he ran a 11.8@118 with my slicks. this was before the heat exchanger upgrade, and i'll be getting the tune redone along with adding a 2step/nolift shift box. with the same tires what kind of times do you think the cars capable of in perfect weather.

here's some pics to hold you guys over, i'll prolly be putting my black/red lip cobra wheels on the car before i sell mine.

I don't like you.

Nice pick man. 11.8 at 118 is exactly what my buddy runs with a 2.8 pulley and full exhaust, except he does it on street tires, so with those changes and a tire you should pull lower to mid 11s pretty easy I think. What did his 60' look like on that 11.8 run?

Damn, now I've really got my hands full if you decide to ride down this way. Must go mod more now, lol.

11.50 at best...11.8 sounds pretty stout for his mods

Lol, I saw that plate! Hopefully, I'll be able to hold my own. I ran my friend at the track a few weekends ago in the 2.8/full exhaust/tuned Cobra and he was exactly 2 tenths and 2 mph quicker than me through the 1/4 and about 1 tenth and one mph faster across the 1/8th. I could tell he was inching away quicker the faster we went. Definitely a good bit quicker up top.

Whats the date on Mustang week? Hoping to have my mess cammed (baby cam) by next week. Talking it over with my guy. Hoping that'll keep me within eye sight of that LS1 slayer, lol!

Kool, looking forward to some runs. I think the wife is hooking me up with a go-pro for my B-day as well, so if anything we'll get some vid for these characters. Congrats again on that Cobra, man. Definitely a stout mid to high 11 car all day.

at 83.

Good deal man!!! Car should be fun and go run your buddy with the t/a you helped build the motor for

I dont see why 11.6's would be an issue. Do a sra swap with 3
73's. Lt's and a ported blower!!! Then go run low 11's lol
