I'm headed to the test and tune in a couple hours..
This will be my first time going out. Do you guys have any guesses for what I will run? My mods are in my sig, and I'll be running 275 nitto 555 street tires in the rear.
edit: 1/8 mile track

Don't worry about the reaction time first off. Second, you're gonna blow those tires off. I'm not familiar with your power level, but street tires are basically useless. I'd put more faith in your MPH than your ET.
In edit words, way worse than you plan.

Heres my advice. Go around the water box. Spin your tires at least 7 feet ahead of the water. Then, and trust me on this, leave at an RPM just high enough to not stall your car out. If it hooks on that pass, then try leaving harder on the next pass. Do NOT dump the damn clutch. Ride it out just like you do from a light. Forget about reaction time, it means nothing. Also forget about the car in the other lane, you're not in a race against him. Good luck man, you'll have a blast. A good time for your car is a high 12. Low 13s are decent, high 13s are bad, etc. A 2.0 or 2.1 is an alright 60'.

I hated the 1/8th the one time I went, it felt like it was over way too fast, i hardly got going. I do more when i play on an interstate on-ramp.
I can't remember what 1/8th times you should expect.. i think somewhere in the upper 8s? 8.7?
If you can hit a 12.9 in the 1/4 that would be really good, especially for late june weather in GA. I'd expect more like a 13.3 maybe someone else can figure out what that would be in the 1/8th.
someone has gone 12.9 in the 1/4 with cold air intake and a tune, but he had good air and a good running car and a hell of a driver.
edit: just realized you have cams too.. you might be able to squeeze out more like a 12.9 even in the summer heat... if you had drag radials and great DA i'd say you could hit low-mid 12s.
again someone else will have to figure out what 1/8th correlates to what 1/4 mile time, there is a table somewhere online that shows it. (it isn't exact, but close enough for government work)
