2013 GT premium. M82.
got the electronic/navigation package, comfort package, stupid *** reverse sensors, but i like the security stuff that goes with it, blah blah blah

Got it for a steal, dealership had it there for months, and is trying to make room for 2014's I guess.

anywho, curious to what it will run at this elevation. It feels just a hair slower then my fox up here. Fox has more top end for sure, the 2013 has midrange like a ***** though.

for a 100% stock car, its pretty damn quick, I was and am very impressed with it overall, obviously.

soooo guesses, have at it. Plan on going to the track next week if my schedule stays clear. Hopefully can cut a decent 60'. The stock tires seem to stick pretty good for what they are atleast.

my guess, 100% stock, if I can launch it good, 13.7's or 13.5's. After the standard exhaust/intake/tune maybe some tires, it will be hitting 13.0's without issue.

(for those that don't realize it, I race at bandimere. 5880 FT above sea level. The Density Altitude is in the 8000's on average)

There's people running in the 12's bone stock, it really depends on your traction. With a Tire, the fastest recoreded Stock 5.0 to date was 12.40!

If you can get a decent 60ft time, there's no reason why you won't run low 13's/high 12's with your stock 5.0 GT!

Congratulations and enjoy it! Let me know if you have any questions or need some assistance in the future.

thanks, I'm loving it so far. All the tiny little features they put in the newest ones is nuts. Never known this kind of stuff. My fox doesn't even have airbags! lol.

Already shooting videos for my youtube. Took my 3 year old for a ride and he was loving it. Screaming his head off with excitement when I was accelerating.

as for the track, im sure high 13's, just not sure if it will hit mid 13's until I learn to launch it, or get some sticky tires. After a few mods, I think 12's might be possible.

Good deal man!! Do you still have the fox?? If so what's going on with that? I never seen any updated videos on YouTube from you I've just wondering lol.

Anyways 1st pass out ill say 14.1@104 then you'll get it down to a 13.64@106.8 by the end of the night

What tune/intake/exhaust set up's are you leaning torwards?

Congrats 302, thats a sweet looking ride. Can't really go wrong with a new favoh! I think your guess is about right, mid to high 13s at your elevation. You get the 3.73 option?

its still where it was 6 months ago. Sitting in the garage with the supercharger install half done.

When I started my new job at the sheriff's office about then, life just got nuts, and after a stressful week, busting knukles in the garage sound's like ****. haha

I need to make videos, and I needed a reliable car. The fox isn't that. I wouldn't trust it to drive to work. (its a mental thing. I just don't trust the car, not that it breaks down on me alot at all. its just the fact that I know I've put it together, so my luck, something will come apart.)

So I figured if I was going to get a new car, I wanted something I could enjoy, and make money off of, from youtube.

The 2013 does all that. If youtube revenue does well, which I'm guessing it will, since every time I take the 2013 out, people can't stop checking it out and trying to race me.... Then the car will literally pay for itself through youtube revenue.

win - win.

idk about the fox. still on the fence on what I'm going to do with it. I don't really need/cant afford two money pits. I'm probably going to part most the performance stuff out, return it to mostly stock, and sell it. If I tried to sell it with the heads/cam stuff, I think I would get screwed over. but I might try for a month or two and see if anyone bites. The Si-trim kit I bought for 2200, I'm sure I can sell it for that. Shipping is just a bitch.

I found a few videos of 2013's at bandimere, and they are all trapping 104-106. So im guessing now with you. 13.5's should be doable on street tires for sure, if I don't screw the launch. It hooks on the street pretty well rolling into it, but I haven't tried a full out launch.

Right now I'm probably going to be a cheap ***, and just do a muffler delete. for more racket. Cold air intake, everyone buys the air-raids it seems, but they are stupid expensive, $300-350 for a freaking cold air intake.

might just try and make my own or some jazz. I don't like these "new car" prices, haha

I got 3.31's. Thought about 3.73's but now that I'm driving all highway to work, and 140miles a day round trip.... its not worth it.

the new manuals first couple gears are so short, I don't think you are at much of a disadvantage though. first goes to 35-40, and 2nd will hit 60.

a little more power from bolt ons, and some sticky tires are in my future for sure.....

100 shot will be after that

damn right knee is all up on the center console. I know I have stubie fat legs, but its kinda annoying me that they didn't make enough room. Having my knee rest against it, right next to the radio just pisses me off, haha

when I'm slamming ****, rowing gears, my knee hits it. plus the damn drink holders are at such a level, your elbow had to hit them to row gears. Even if you are just cruising, your arm literally sits on top of your drinks to shift. That is dumb. There has to be more room under that console, they could have sunk the drink holders down another inch.

lol new car problems.
