Default will race a sti today

ok guys its gonna b a rolling start! please tell me i will beat this guy! its like the 03-05 i think he has intake and full exhaust! we are goning to start at 40 mph ill bring my go pro and show everyone the results but can i take him out?

better off going from a 20 start or a dig with those 4.10's but you probably wont win

If it's an actual sti with intake/exhaust and I would also assume a tune, I think you're really gonna have your hands full. Unless he cant drive well I advise you to point the gopro forward lol. But then again I dont see many modded s197's so you might do better than I think.

I know its easy to post this after the fact, but I saw that one coming. I had an S197 with basically the same mods as you and that car pulled pretty decent, ran some 13.0s and trapped 107-108. Thats enough to handle an STI with those mods from a roll (driver and tune depending.)


What is it with these guys saying gears hurt cars from a roll and/or hurt top end? It is the total opposite. I have NEVER had any car that did not gain a ton of trap speed by going to a lower gear. How do people figure getting into your power band quicker going to hurt a car from a roll or up top? ...end rant, sorry. Just had to get that out, lol.
