Nice find OP! I'm kind of partial to the LS motors myself.

That Z28 looks clean! Nice find for sure. How many miles are on her? I've got a friend that used to have a high mileage 273 Z28.He was bone stock to the paper filter. At the time I had an 04 GTO with full bolt-ons with DRs...we went to the track and he went 13.0 at 108 like clockwork. I could only manage a 12.8 at 108 with all those mods, lol. Point being, the Z28/SS cars can get it done!
Those hoosiers work great. Just get yourself a set of wheels to out them on and have fun! Slicks are easier on our differentials too, so thats a plus.

90k miles, MINT condition. The control arms have light rust but I can just swap those out. I try to find errors with it, but there are none. Shocks are going out, that's about it. I love it! But now I wish I had a hard top...
12.8's on a bone stock 2.73 gear Z28? must be the Driver mod for sure! lol
I am eye balling those Hoosiers but if I run better than 13.5@99mph ( I will), I'll be kicked out until I get a stupid roll cage
No experience with those. If your going to get a set of wheels and tires I'd do a set of weld prostars and Mickey Thompson drag slicks and run the stock wheels and tires on the street. My opinion is the full on slick is more gentle on your drive train when you launch the car and will pay HUGE when you get around to a stall.
Thanks! It's is a nice find indeed!

I noticed Drag ( Street ) Radials snap more than their Bias Ply cousins which are more like a true Slick which have more of a "bouncy" feeling to them off the line... I feel like such a sucker for selling my MT ET Streets I had now ( 26x8 tall tire, perfect for my car!), had that bitch in the shed for like three years, sold them last summer! Buah!
