As for speed, 3rd is a 1:1 gear, in 4th in my car(my 1:1) I can get up to about 130ish or so with a 3.73 and 26" tires at 6500rpm. with a 3.23 you should be able to get to ~145, and a 2.73 will be 160+. So plenty of mph out of a 3.23
