lol, so a coworker and i hit the local deli for lunch about a half hour ago, on our way back i get stopped next to a SN95 GT who is pulled a little ahead in the intersection i see him eyeballing me in his side view mirror. Light goes green and i leave soft and he just paces me at like rear pass side door and wont speed up or slow down so i told co worker im going and stood on it in second as did the mustang. Gapped lol, fun little dd for sure.

Haha, nice! People seem to recognize an ST, I've been getting a lot of people wanting to play every since I got mine. Nobody would even look at me in either Camaro, or the GTO. But they are all over the Focus.

Watching those track vids you posted, man you're spinning like crazy in 2nd gear too. Violent wheel hop. Mine isn't nearly that bad, even with the tune. Here's a speedo vid of mine tuned 0-80 or so.

I was holding the camera and steering wheel in one hand, shifting with the other. So its not the best driving.

Focus ST Tune - YouTube

It drove like a different car on the track I'm shocked how much more controlable it is on the street. Damn wrong wheels driving lol

Before you let that car go, you really should tune it. I have an extra SCT tuner if you're interested. Steeda can send you their tune for $99 I believe. Or get the tune I have from Livernois.

You got me nervous about the track now, lol. I've ran a FWD before in the form of a pullied Cobalt. It went 13.6 at 106 on street tires, but it acted the same on the track or street...useless 1st gear.

If the RS lives up to all the hype, I may be looking into trading when I can. Just wish the ST was AWD, sure would be nice to be able to use all this torque off the line.

RS is going to be a beast. But for the price of a decently optioned up model, it better be!

Damn, the Z is gone!?!? that sucks.

The ST should pull real good with that new tune. 350 lb.s of torque is a lot for a little car.
