1987 Buick Grand National
I have a 1987 Buick Grand National and i am looking to maybe see about a trade for a 2000 GT or close to it.
Its not a GNX it just has the front and back emblem
I have a GNX style DASH that runs just about a 1000 alone for it plus a numbered GNX dash plate.
76k on it. I love the car but i just do not drive it, i pretty much stays in my heated garage. This year so far i have put about 200 miles on it and likely will add another 500 if that. I drive my bike year around and the car is basically a weekend cruiser if that. I have not been to the track but with the upgrades this car has it should be easy into the 12's with some tires on it. Add a alky kit to it for 500 bucks and 11's for sure. The car is very quick i drove a 2001 GT stick a few days ago from a local car lot and after driving it i realized just how fast my car really is.
Replaced the engine w/ a crate ATK 109 long block due to low oil pressure 20k on engine.
These are pretty much the standard upgrades most people have.
High performance fuel pump & hot wire kit
Chip “TurboTweak”
Car is equipped w/ TE 44 turbo
21 row stock location intercooler
2800 Stall converter
All pluming is 3”
Trial wastegate
K& N air filter
42.5 injectors
2.5 mm plug wires.

My paint job is great i have whats like a seal on the paint job pretty much . My car has not been waxed in a couple of years and all i have to do is wash it and it like like i spent all day cleaing and waxing it.Its applied one time and you never wax again. It uses the same theory (negatives & positives) that the auto makers now use to appy the paint. This is a 2 step process that first apply's a positive wash solution to the painted surface. The next step is an acrylic polish applied w/ an orbital buffer tha has a negative electon charge. This forms a permanent bond. This is pateneted and used by the USAF & USN.

Our cars are pretty much the same value, the only real value diffrence is mine goes up every year instead of down.

RE: 1987 Buick Grand National
I was not trying to be a *** just saying our cars are about the same value is all no need to get bent out of shape about it, remeber you replied to my thread not the other way aropund. KBB does not list my car only NADA does
Average Retail BTW
$13,575 Grand National Goes up about 10 to 15% a year
$13,825 Mustang GT
The GNX comment is wasted because they only built 547 of those, so saying its not a GNX is really pointless. Right now a GNX with 50k on it is going for close to 75k and up.

You're in kahlifornia ahh?
that's too far away.. if not, i'd be interested!
but, unlike the other dude, i WOULD insist on some clams to go along with it.. my car only has 18,000 miles, and it's two years newer.
anyway, nice looking GN, good luck selling / trading it!
